This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Tutoro (the “Service”) at tutoro.live. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
1. All sales are final
Tutoro is a subscription service offered with a free trial so you can evaluate it before you are charged. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use.
2. Exceptions required by law or by Paddle
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. In addition, as our Merchant of Record, Paddle may issue refunds at its discretion in accordance with its own buyer terms and policies. Where a refund is required by law or granted by Paddle, it will be honored.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing portal. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which you will not be billed again. Cancelling does not retroactively refund charges already made, except as described in Section 2.
4. Billing problems
If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or have any other billing concern, contact us promptly at [email protected] and we will work with you and Paddle to resolve it.
